1. Purpose
NikahEasy.org exists to help Muslims seek a halal marriage (nikah). It is not a dating app. By using NikahEasy you agree to use it only for serious marriage intentions in accordance with Islamic principles.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally free to marry (single, divorced, or widowed).
- You must provide truthful, accurate information about yourself.
3. Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal:
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
- Inappropriate, indecent, or non-halal conversations or images.
- Harassment, hate speech, or sectarian abuse.
- Solicitation, scams, or commercial misuse of member contact details.
4. Verification
Members may request a Verified badge by submitting identification. Verification reduces fraud but does not guarantee character — please involve your wali / family in all serious discussions.
5. Communication
Free accounts are limited in daily messages. Premium plans unlock more features. We strongly encourage involving family early and meeting in the presence of a mahram.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of your profile content. By posting it on NikahEasy you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it to other members in line with your privacy settings.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or Islamic decency, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
NikahEasy provides the platform only. We are not party to any introduction, engagement, or marriage that takes place between members. Use your judgment, involve your family, and make istikhara.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
